Partnership Update

• Gympass will no longer be accepting new Blue365 members effective 6/1/2023. There will be no impact to existing members and Gympass will continue to provide you complete service and support for your membership.  

• Gympass will continue to support existing Blue365 members but have made the decision that we will no longer be accepting new members effective 6/1/2023. 

• You will still have access to all of the gyms, studios and apps that you know and love as well as ongoing enhancements to the network and you will continue paying the Blue365 member pricing. For you, nothing changes but you will now have this landing page to assist with questions, network updates as well as a direct link to our help center. 
• The Gympass network is continuously growing, please refer to the bottom of the landing page for updates on the network. 

• If you have a current active plan, you are able to still make any changes from the app or website through the Manage Plan setting. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time (before or after June 1st) without penalty. 

• Yes. If you want to pause or cancel your plan you may do so through the “Manage Plan” settings on your Gympass account. If you cancel, you will still be able to rejoin Gympass at a later date.

• If you are not a current Gympass member but looking to join, please select a plan prior to 6/1/2023. Effective 6/1/2023, you will no longer have access to sign up for Gympass through Blue365.
• Although Gympass will not be accepting new Blue365 members past 6/1/2023, please refer your HR leader to the Employers page on Blue365 to inquire about getting Gympass directly for your company.

• We take and love referrals! You can submit a referral through your Gympass account by clicking on “My Account” and scrolling down until you see “Refer a Gym”. Provide as much information as you can and we will update you if it is added to the Gympass network. 

• We have a large selection of both national gym chains and also local gyms. You are able to see all available gyms directly on your app or website through the “Explore” section. If there is a gym you are interested in going to, make sure to read the important information on the gym page as some gyms require you to pre-register online or make a reservation. Once you arrive at the gym, you will open the Gympass app and select “Check-In”. After checking in on the Gympass app, you can let the gym’s front desk staff know you are with Gympass. Then, enjoy your workout!
